Online Access with e-Statements


Online access is easy to use and going paperless with your statement just adds that much more convenience along with quicker access to your account statement. Review the information the information below on how to enroll for online access and eStatements. You can get more information here about browser settings for Internet Explorer, Firefox and Safari. Other browsers may work; however, you may need to modify your settings. Generally speaking, if you update your browser to the current version, it should work; however, for others we've listed some common trouble shooting solutions.

To logon to your account, go to http://ckcu.org. You will see the following screen.

Your first step is to click on the Online Account Access Tab on the left side of the page. This will bring you to the next screen that is used to enroll for the first time as well as the screen you use for all subsequent logons.

Enrollment is easy. Click on the “Enroll Online” tab and follow the instructions. 

You will need to know your Member account number (found in the upper right portion of your statement), the last 4 digits of the primary account holder’s Social Security Number and the house number (number only) of the main address of record for the account.

Once you have Online access you can Go Green by signing up for eStatements - Just logon to your account, go to the "Self Service" tab, then click on eStatements and follow the prompts to enroll. Use this same tab to view your statements at the beginning of the next month in an easy to read and printable format. An email notification will be sent to you when your statement is available.
